Made-to-order jewellery
Our jewellery is made to order. Please review the product description and your selected options carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Product images and natural variations
South Sea pearls are naturally unique. Slight variations in colour, shape, lustre and surface characteristics may occur between the jewellery pictured on our website and the finished piece.
Product images are provided as a guide. Natural variations do not affect our obligation to supply jewellery that matches its description and meets applicable consumer guarantees.
Returns, refunds and repairs
If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please contact Maison Mare Customer Care at info@maisonmare.com.au as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Events beyond our reasonable control
Events beyond our reasonable control may delay our ability to fulfil an order or complete a repair. If this occurs, we will communicate any known impact and take reasonable steps to resolve the situation.
This provision does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia. Disputes may be referred to an Australian court or tribunal with jurisdiction.
