Shipping fees:
We offer flat rate of $15 shipping across Australia on all orders, and free postage for orders above $1,000. All shipments are sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers
Insurance and Tracking:
All items are insured and can be tracked using the allocated tracking number. Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated in Australian Dollars. You may track your order using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email.
Processing Your Order:
· The shipping date is based on when your package leaves our shipping department.
· Please check the Estimated Delivery Date on our product pages before placing the final order and select the delivery method as per your preference at Checkout.
· Transit time defines the time between when an item is shipped from our facility and when it is delivered to you.
· Ready-to-ship products will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being received.

Order Cancellation:
